Maison Une · Prise de Mousse
New York City · 2026
In the cellars of Champagne, there is a moment called Prise de Mousse — the journey of a still wine becoming effervescent. This is the moment when it learns to rise. To capture its sparkle.
Most of the time, our joy lives like still wine — present but quiet, weighed down by the sediment of our past experiences. Maison Une is a house built around a core belief — that joy is made, intentionally, the way Champagne is made. That our effervescence rises by the same method. That when you are given space to rest, reflect, be in ritual, connect within and with others, and celebrate. You alchemize. And you awaken something within that sparks your effervescence — the innate spirit of joy within you.
The Prise de Mousse Evening is a four-hour gathering at my home in New York City. Four women at most. Three grower Champagnes. A guided practice of reflective journaling and sharing, breath, gentle movement, and somatic release. Time to simply be. To pause. To connect. By the end of the evening, you will have named and begun to release the sediment you are putting down, the spark you are letting rise, and a thirty-day practice to carry home with you.
This is for the woman who has built her life for others, and is now building her most authentic life within.
