Rising in Joy is that container. Just for you. One part inner work, one part outer expression. Together, we tend to what’s inside, and then we design and dress the life that is rising from within.

The Container
Consistent one-to-one work over three months — honest questions and conversation, a deep discovery into your personal purpose, somatic practice, and a new expression for your joy.
While anyone can benefit from this personal space, it is specially made for you as you are rising into a new chapter after a major life turn — be it a relationship transition or a career pivot — and creating the life you have dreamed of.
We work with body and intuition as much as the mind so that you leave with a clear north star, and a practice you can bring with you on your journey.
The Expression
When you are ready to align your inner and outer expression, I offer bespoke personal styling — from closet edits to personal shopping and styling — to radiate who you are, and who you are becoming. Authentically and beautifully.
Offered on its own, or woven into the mentorship.
